All, it took awhile but better later than never ๐Ÿ˜‰
Please find below the slides and recording of our first Containers 101 online meetup.

In this meetup we have demonstrated how to build a simple micro-service using Node.js and Docker.
Meetup agenda

This step by step live demo covers in details the basic docker search, pull, run, commit and push commands.

Note, docker commit is a great way to create Docker image from Docker container but it is only one way to create Docker images. In the next meetup we cover Docker Files and docker build commands which are often used to create Docker images as well
Demo is using Docker 1.7 and Boot2Docker and running on Mac OS.

Here is the meetup recording (you may find additional recording on our vimeo channel @ vimeo.com/codefresh).
