Codefresh is the leading container-native CI/CD platform for Kubernetes and microservices. The Codefresh Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Codefresh’s strategy for our partnerships, namely leading GISs, PaaS and IaaS providers. Partnerships, are the foundation for driving preference in the market for the Codefresh Platform and are a significant source of new opportunity identification with our sales teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for business partnerships at Codefresh and is charged with establishing a shared vision between Codefresh and the partners, coordinating GTM activities and working cross-functionally with teams in product, marketing, sales, technical sales and customer success to implement that shared vision.
Specific areas of responsibility include:
Build and manage relationships across targeted alliances including executive level
Providing cross-functional ownership of the alliances strategic plan
Coordinate internal activities including product enhancements, marketing, sales enablement, services, and support
Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data is required
Assessing ambiguous situations and finding points of common alignment
Networking with senior internal leaders as well as external executives
Demonstrating good judgment when selecting methods for obtaining results
Supporting efforts to build capacity for a robust global channel community
Building preference for Codefresh offerings through continuous collaboration
Required experience and capabilities:
5-8 years of experience in software and SaaS industry doing related business development, strategic alliance and/or partner management.
Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinate activities with key personnel internally and externally
Demonstrated technical aptitude for emerging industry trends including digital transformation, DevOps, microservices, containers, orchestration, cloud adoption
Strategic and analytical thinker, able to identify areas for collaborative advantage.
Proven experience and demonstrated the ability to extend the breadth and depth of relationships with partners.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with SaaS products, particularly CI/CD and DevOps
Experience enabling enterprise sales organizations, and programs such as solution selling
Familiarity with Cloud environments, Containers and IaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM)
