Codefresh is looking for a Customer focused Support Engineer for our software solutions in a rapidly expanding client base. The ideal candidate will possess detail oriented problem solving skills, excel at prioritizing workloads and have solid attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the chat channel
  • Be aware of the various resources that can help the customer
  • Focus on Documentation and Knowledge centric solutions
  • Identify the complexity of issues to escalate to the right teams
  • Manage Customer Accounts and Licenses
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to adequately provide the support required for all tiers.
  • Take initiative to improve inadequate processes

 

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of Software Lifecycle
  • Previous experience with AWS, containers, SCM systems
  • Basic understanding of Software principles
  • Ability to prioritize and switch contexts as needed
  • Strong command of the English Language
  • Have a “Customer First” attitude
  • Self driven and highly motivated
