- Take ownership of the chat channel
- Be aware of the various resources that can help the customer
- Focus on Documentation and Knowledge centric solutions
- Identify the complexity of issues to escalate to the right teams
- Manage Customer Accounts and Licenses
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to adequately provide the support required for all tiers.
- Take initiative to improve inadequate processes
- Good understanding of Software Lifecycle
- Previous experience with AWS, containers, SCM systems
- Basic understanding of Software principles
- Ability to prioritize and switch contexts as needed
- Strong command of the English Language
- Have a “Customer First” attitude
- Self driven and highly motivated
- Technical Certifications
